In the manufacturing field, bridge cranes are indispensable mechanical equipment. We provide many manufacturing factories with various types of cranes suitable for the production environment. In 2023, we designed and produced a 5-ton bridge crane for a spare parts factory. This is a single-girder bridge crane equipped with an NR European-style electric wire rope hoist.

When designing this factory bridge crane for the customer, the customer particularly emphasized the following two points:

• Hook height limit and travel limit: This will prevent the hook from colliding with the bridge frame and gate, and prevent the crane from moving too far forward and hitting the protective device.
• Load sensor: Used to monitor the load weight of the crane in real time. When the load weight exceeds the specified range, the load sensor will automatically alarm to avoid crane accidents caused by overloading.
