Steel coils are typically heavy, requiring cranes with significant load capacity. The QDX double-girder overhead crane can lift these heavy steel coils safely and efficiently through its sturdy structure and high-performance hoisting mechanism. The crane we designed for our customer uses an NR European-style wire rope hoist with a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons and is also equipped with a 10-ton/25-ton electronic crane scale. The use of European-style hoists can increase the headroom utilization rate, allowing the crane to complete scheduled work in a factory with limited height.
